VISA information for entering Dubai, UAE
Entry permits for the following mentioned nationalities and visa would be issued upon arrival in the UAE: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, GCC Countries, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, San Marino, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Important: To enter the United Arab Emirates, passport validity for a minimum of six months beyond the end date of your stay is absolutely necessary!
All other persons with different nationalities entering the United Arab Emirates require an entry visa that needs to be arranged prior to arrival.

Please read carefully the information below:
-The visa provided to hotel guests is a tourist visa valid for 30 days only from the day of issuance.
-We require a confirmed reservation in our hotel in order to start to process a visa request.
-Please be kindly advised that the application for visas can only take place about 10-14 days prior to your arrival. The visa process takes 10 working days for the individuals and 25 days for Groups above 10 Visas.
-The Visa charge which is 500- AED per visa and is non-refundable once the visa request is submitted to the immigration.
-In case of cancellation of the room reservation the VISA will be automatically cancelled, additional charges for the cancellation of the VISA for the value of 105/- AED will be applied to the same credit card.
-Urgent visa charge which is 600- AED per visa and is non-refundable for less than 10 working days minimum and no one can confirm to the client before check and back with visa Section first.
(Urgent visa can be processed for individuals only and not for more than 4 visas requests).
Please note that a refundable deposit of AED 5,000.00 per person will be blocked from the credit card provided, this will be returned to the same credit card after the VISA holder has exited the country and provided us with a clear scanned copy of the exit stamp in the passport. For companies which have a credit facility contract with the hotel, a guarantee letter signed and stamped to waive the deposit of 5,000 AED is required.

The hotel cannot guarantee the approval or the approval Date as Dubai Immigration is the only authority that approves visas.The approval of the visa is a pure decision of UAE Immigration Authority in Dubai, the hotel is not responsible for approvals or rejections. Any delay in processing or release of visas is entirely at the discretion of local authorities.
Immigration Authorities don’t disclose reasons for rejections as for security reasons.
We strongly advise you not to travel to the UAE without an approved visa asthe hotel will not be responsible for arriving at the airport and the immigration will not allow you to enter the country.
The entry and the exit must be through airports only and the visa permit is valid for one entry only through UAE airports.
Certain nationalities and passport holders such as people from India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka, might be required to do alternative arrangements by the airline such as an approval for boarding before travelling. We highly recommend you to check with the flight company at least 72 hours before take-off time.
As per Dubai Immigration restrictions, we can apply for visas of the following passport holders: Afghanistan – Bangladesh – Iraq – Syria – Yemen – Palestine – Morocco – Tunisia – Algeria and Israel. However, please be aware that the visa is subject to approvals. In the event that visa is not approved, charges will still apply.
